AI word pack generation powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite API. This is an optional feature and can be disabled in settings. Local mode uses no AI
User Profile (Online Mode Optional)
Registered users can track game stats and save preferences. Local mode requires no account and collects no personal data
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, freedom from security issues or data loss, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.
AI Service Dependency
- Google Gemini API: Supports AI word generation
- If unavailable: AI word packs unavailable, manually curated packs remain available
- No impact: Core gameplay or local mode
Our platform is currently completely free to use:
- Both Local and Online game modes are completely free
- No subscription fees or payments required
- All word banks and features are provided free of charge
- We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with prior notice
User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with these Terms. You may create and share lawful and appropriate content, interact friendlily with other users, use our tools for their intended purposes, and report violations to us.
You may not use our Services to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Send spam or distribute malware
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others

- Local Mode requires no personal data - player names are stored temporarily on your device during gameplay only
- Online Mode: If you choose to create an account, you grant us permission to store your account info and game stats

Our Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imposter Game shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages exceeding the amount you paid for our service; issues arising from third-party services or content; user disputes or conflicts
Upon termination: Your access to Services will be terminated, your account data will be deleted (within 30 days), outstanding payments remain due, survival clauses of these Terms remain in effect, and you may lose access to user-generated content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Imposter Game is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
